Hi My Devoted Yogis
Finally- Yoga in the Park this Sat from 3:30-4:30 in the Buncombe County Sports Park- up from Sand Hill School.
for directions go to buncombecounty.org under departments go to BC Greenways, Parks and Recreation then click on the Sports Park and directions. Wear your sunscreen and bring your mat.
Hope to see you there- I sure don't want to be yogi'n by myself!
